They have the fraudulent certifications, signed by co-conspirators in each of those states. We know who they are, why haven’t they been indicted already? If you forge a check, you get indicted quickly. If you try to overthrow the government, we have to go slow?

An employee at my former company tried to extort a vendor. It only took the fibbies two weeks to get an indictment and show up at his desk.

Interpret the constitution and apply it to 2022.

To “interpret” the constitution means filtering the language through our own, unique, biased perspective. There is no such thing as an unbiased interpretation. It all comes down to language and how each individual decodes the meanings embedded in it.

I admit I was skeptical about the potential impact of these hearings at first but, as they have proceeded, I’ve become increasingly convinced that a lot of people will go to jail as a result of them. The absolute proof that many of the people involved, including Trump , are guilty as hell is so overwhelming even our current SCOTUS would likely be unable to acquit them.

I was just telling Mrs. Alyoshakaramazov1 last night, the very same thing.

She asked if we could now take the “1” off the end of our last name.

I’m not sure they are clear though- they had no evidence that the election results were in doubt. They submitted the paperwork to Congress and the National Archive. While the law requires electors to sign by Dec 14th, I’d think that a court order overturning the results would also include an extension for signing and submitting documents. The Pennsylvania AG should have done what Michigan’s AG did and turn the matter over to the local Federal AG. (We have exceeded my legal training, thanks for your time and attention.)

They were counting on the courts and Pence and both, rightly, let them down.

Now that we are seeing real proof of election fraud, BIDEN should call off the 2022 mid term elections AND the 2024 presidential election until all of this is fully resolved. Declare a national emergency…BECAUSE IT IS!!!
