Jim Gibbons (R), on track to lose Tuesday’s GOP primary, won’t let a little something like an electoral defeat get in the way of a good party.“I am going to celebrate if I don’t win the primary,” Gibbons told the Las Vegas Review-Journal in an interview. “Whether I win or don’t win it is going to be a celebration.”
