Apple says Parler has 24 hr. to clean up their act or they are kaput from the app store.
While weāre on the subjectā¦what authority does president-elect Biden have RE impeachment? Thatās Congressā bailiwick and the incoming executive has no say.
It never rains but what it pours:
Apple has given the conservative app Parler 24 hours to clean itself up or be deleted from the App store.
Heās setting up a reason to blame Biden.
@decayingtruthwhore ?
āNo paid speeches for Trump. No board memberships. No donations for a Presidential Library. No investments from banks to fund more building. No honors or awards Just shame for the rest of his life. Heās given up the best job in the world ā former President of the United States.ā
āJoe Lockhart
Sorry, thatās bullshit. Biden, Harris, Warren, Sanders, Booker, Duckworth, Pelosi, Schiff, Klobuchar, Schumer.
Bullshit.
Motherfucker sees indictment coming. Mark my words: there are tapes of Grahamās overseas felonies.
Iām thinking Lindsey wants Joe Biden to talk Nancy and the House Dems down. But Joe has indicated that this is the Houseās decision to make. He wonāt interfere.
I spent the afternoon doing an online harassment prevention training required each year by my company (Iām 8 days lateā¦) and just canāt believe how incongruous it is that a nation with laws and procedures that protect people from all the various types of harassment just spent 4 years with the nimrod as President.
I guess that makes sense to Lindsey. Thereās always a big dog who needs his balls sniffed, therefore Biden must be that dog to Pelosi and the Dem Caucus. He canāt conceive of a world where someone isnāt the alpha that everyone has to follow and obey.

They can sit on it and rotate.
And, given the direction of US public opinion, they can vote against impeachment, too.
Itās something else voters can be reminded of on their way to the polls.
From Twitter:
- The second Tweet may also serve as encouragement to those potentially considering violent acts that the Inauguration would be a āsafeā target, as he will not be attending.
- The use of the words āAmerican Patriotsā to describe some of his supporters is also being interpreted as support for those committing violent acts at the US Capitol.
- The mention of his supporters having a āGIANT VOICE long into the futureā and that āThey will not be disrespected or treated unfairly in any way, shape or form!!!ā is being interpreted as further indication that President Trump does not plan to facilitate an āorderly transitionā and instead that he plans to continue to support, empower, and shield those who believe he won the election.
- Plans for future armed protests have already begun proliferating on and off-Twitter, including a proposed secondary attack on the US Capitol and state capitol buildings on January 17, 2021.
I think heāll take his moves to a party at the county jail.
Probably not county, though.
I liked this story because it focuses on the federal responsibility rather than the mayor. When the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor, did they call up the mayor of Honolulu and ask her to call the National Guard? The Capitol is a federal facility, perhaps the most important federal facility.
Some people might recall that Congress just passed, over Trumpās veto, a $740 billion defense appropriations bill. Maybe the leadership at the Pentagon and Homeland Security should develop an interest in defending stuff.
The sensitivity to political protest is important, but the response should be layered. There should be lines that coup plotters and rioters do not cross. If they press beyond the limits, they should expect the full consequences of waging war against the United States of America.
I gnu that you would do something like that.
With all the tire tracks on the underbussed from this administration, it looks like heās a little slow on the uptake.
With you, itās always yak, yak, yak, yak.
