So too SexY for your shirt?
One problem with thinking
Except if it doesn’t take out the reproducing individuals, then there is no actual natural selection taking place. Just removing those of post-breeding age has no effect other than what is happening in the present.
Totally agree about the innocents. I can’t force them and they won’t change based on science. So, again feeling a bit bad, I’ll look at the positive that my wife and, later, me are higher up the getting shot (pun intended) line.
No, silly… tOo seXy for HiS maSk…
" Even ‘If Jesus Takes It’"
Quite a stand the nut I mean theorist is taking.
I want my immunity. I do not care about the anti-vaxxers. They can all die as far as I’m concerned.
“Trump,” she says, “probably 80% of your base does not want that vaccine.”
Clearly, Lorraine leads a horde of holdouts dedicated to their paranoid psychosis until the bitter end. I cannot find a grain of sympathy for them in my otherwise compassionate heart.
a significant amount of Americans are hesitant about getting vaccinated
It’s not as if the well has been poisoned and the earth salted before the rollout or anything.
It’s like the story about the tea-totalling Scots Presbyterian minister, who upon being informed that “The guid laird was known to take a wee dram or two now and agin”, replied, “Aye an ah dinna think none the better ‘o ‘im fer it!”
So very Presbyterian.
The minute my doctors say “Go” I will be all over this vaccine. I don’t care what my comorbidities are/were. I don’t care about history and the Tuskeegee Airmen. I don’t care about family members and friends currently engaged in a ‘they are trying to make us guinea pigs and kills us off’ whispering campaign. We have to trust the science, and we have to save the goddamn human family. 'Nuf said.
Thanks for my sitting at my laptop LOL moment of the day.
I’m stealing it for use elsewhere.

Good = I want you protected.
Ah, correct. Sub-category.
“The chief contribution of Protestantism to human thought is its massive proof that God is a bore.” - H.L. Mencken.
Same goes for all-a-y’all!
Same. I usually skip the flu shot, but when it came this year, went right to get it. This year feels more like a civic duty to just do the stuff for the public good, even if there are some question marks and unknowns. The scientists may screw something up, but it won’t be because they’re deliberately trying to do something wrong.
I think all reasonable people
there lies the biggest obstacle set before us. especially when led by a , well you know.
Speak for yourself. After @rucleare left me cooling my heels in a lockup in Budapest over Thanksgiving while he was off chasing some skirt he met at the club, I’m a little less forgiving.
