Speaking of horses, horse hockey. He is saying what will get him elected and the denier position can be somewhat poison in the general. He’s saying this now, but the horse will be of a different color if NH is foolish enough to elect him.
- James is also reportedly mulling a lawsuit against one of Trump’s adult children who helped him run the business: Eric, Don Jr. and Ivanka Trump. It’s unclear which one James is looking at for a potential suit, though.

- Democrats are hoping that more Republicans will get on board once they don’t have to sweat over backlash from their conservative voters. Sen. Roy Blunt (R-CO) said yesterday that the bill would get more votes in November and December than it would on Monday.
Tactical error - after the election, the Republicans don’t have to please ANYone. Dems should’ve put this on the floor and said thumbs up or thumbs down.
- And DeSantis’ genius deputy press secretary tried to defend the grotesque gambit yesterday by essentially agreeing that yes, his boss was, in fact, doing a human trafficking.

And by then, it’ll be too late. It’s a shame, but here’s a pretty good indicator of how this is all going to go - the perpetrators or their ‘descendants’ are free to continue while we wait.
Federal Judge Aileen Cannon is still blocking the DOJ’s investigation into Trump hoarding White House records (some of which were classified) at Mar-a-Lago: On Thursday, she rejected the Justice Department’s request to use the classified documents in its probe.
Hope she’s enjoying the very limited time she will have in the limelight. Wishing the judicial review board would start the investigation into this, but that may be too hopeful.
