The app allowed the agencies to look through millions of messages and has directly led to the arrest of suspects in Australia, Asia, South America, and the Middle East.
But no Americans? Maybe the FBI has the same concern.

Just splitting hairs here, but that simply identifies the regions the suspects were in, not their nationalities — there may well be some US ex-pats in there.
But, as @ClutchCargo pointed out, the FBI will make announcements later today, so I suspect we’ll have a bunch there too. (Anybody want to take bets on how many are GQPers?)
