The whistleblower report simply supports the actual summary produced by the White House. The summary is the smoking gun. The whistleblower report simply gives us reason to believe it is accurate and tells us where to look for corroborating evidence.
Don’t get distracted with the whistleblower.

Was it not just a few years ago that the REPUGS were waving, much like Mao’s Little Red Book, a copy of the Constitution. Appears they were all good at waving, lacking somewhat at reading.
On Another Subject: After tRUmp’s performance at the Finnish President presser is their anyone in Republican circles who will make the White House driveway walk to tell him that the time has come. Personally I’m finding it very hard to come up with a name or two who has the stature to run. Pence, for one, seems to be in this just about as deep as His Miserables. The REPUGS might just have cut themselves deeply enough that they have been left with no choice but to stay the course.

This is what they do, but it’s really just not gonna work this time because the complaint will be corroborated by the witnesses, more leaks will come out, and “Schiff knew first” isn’t going be much of a defense at all.

In this as in other instances, there’s the headline, which is very clickbaity, and the story. And now, the authors are at pains to try to knock down the right wing noise machine, and rather naively crying “but that’s not what we wrote.” So the NYT and reporters are part if the story itself. Yeah. And things are tough all over.

The ranking Republican on the House Intelligence Committee; Devin Nunes would have ALREADY KNOWN ABOUT THIS for weeks now, and he is not one to keep his mouth shut where anything to do with the Trump WH is concerned.
Has ANYONE IN THE PRESS bothered to ask Devin Nunes (R-CA) whether HE was aware of this contact? ANYBODY?
No. Didn’t think so. They are all too busy carrying water for the WH.
