Just fucking kill the GOP
That would help immeasurably.
Now, I am not against folks having differing points of view but trump was/is toxic to our way of life. just look at all the death!!!
And don;t wait until after the election to right things… the enablers need to be voted out NOW. In THIS election!!!
And civility would be nice. Traditional conservatism has a place but that is NOT what trump is about. As I said…trump and his enablers are toxic. A cancer in out country.

No one may delay the US Mail.
What the fuck is wrong with the Dems in Congress?
Read the Postal code and arrest the stupid ass Postmaster General.

Though I’d argue that we already have a perfectly workable center right party in the Democrats, support for meaningful democracy reform is a good minimum standard the NeverTrumpers ought to meet before being accepted back into polite society.

Trump and his sycophants, supporters and followers are a cancerous scourge on the face of America. They must be thoroughly stripped out of our political structures, and as appropriate, criminally charged.

Fuck civility. Civility (one-way) is what got us here in the first place.

When something is as cancerous as Trumpism, the goal of surgery is to completely remove the cancer and anything which could become cancerous, in order to become healthy.

“After the election, never-Trump activists should turn their fire on the Republicans who enabled Trump,”

They’re not going to have a choice. Once Trump and Barr steal this shit, everyone who opposed or opposes them will be in their cross-hairs with the full power of the federal govt bearing down on them, and our choice will be to shoot first or accept total subjugation.

After the election, never-Trump activists should turn their fire on the Republicans who enabled Trump, and de-legitimize their influence on the political process.

Although I agree with much of what the piece lays out, anyone paying any attention at all knows the Lincoln Project in particular are already going after several Trump enabling senators. They have run ads against Collins, McConnell, Graham and a few others. They’ve made it clear that their short term goal is to get rid of Trump and as many of his enablers as possible and the long term goal in the 2022 cycle and beyond is to continue to do the work.

I meant the two way kind of civility. Be civil and mean it. Expect it in return. Otherwise what’s the point in democracy? Compromise is the messy grease that makes the old car work. Act like a fucking idiot (meaning trump, McConnell and their ilk) and millions will suffer. McConnell’s offer for aid in this pandemic relief package was $200/month. I’d like to see him live on that. I’d really like to see him unemployed in the near future. As of January 4th…assuming the Constitution is still in force then/

That’s cute.

Utterly false and without merit, but cute.

In the context of even just American politics, the dems have been moving right on economic issues since the mid-70s (about when the Boomers all got jobs).

Compared to the rest of the West, the Dem Party’s place on the political spectrum is even more clear.

Are you so sure they will succeed?

Fun fact. “Contortionist”
Alexi Goloborodoka, the premier Circ du Soliel contortionist is a friend of my son and daughter in law who both worked for Circ. He is a lovely young man whose dream is to crash a beginner yoga class.
