I want to remind everyone how remarkably calm the entire election process was with VBM, early in-person voting, as well as Nov 3rd day of. Peaceful, smooth, and largely devoid of the negative expectations/connotations many predicted.
Let us also remember how relatively smooth all post-election challenges have fared in the courts, as well as election boardsā¦ Votes were counted, re-counted, re-re-counted before certification. Governors, SoS, State Legislatures and our Courts all stood tall and firm in carrying out their Constitutional duties.
Our democracy stood tall and strong, despite all the crap Trump and his cohorts threw at it.
Many wonāt know these factoids due to focusing on the noise and crap Trump continues to throw at the wall every day. We have allowed ourselves to become reative to his every whim, and ascribing super natural powers to his loathsome self.
Donald Trump may be POTUS but look closely and what you see is that he is surrounded NOT by the very best people but the worst lotsā¦ and these people are stupid as shitā¦ delusional, yes, but they are primarily STUPID.
They wonāt amount to much and these fears are just what they are - FEAR
You can choose to be fearful of what he can doā¦ I am not in that camp.

Whatās the play, though? Saying you canāt switch presidents in a war? I wouldnāt put anything past him, and Iām sure the more lives lost the more manly heāll feel, but an Iran gambit seems as destined to fail as everything else heās tried.

Hereās the thing: We can assume two alternative explanations for that. He could be crazy, delusional and believing what he says. Or he could know he lost the day the networks called it on Nov. 7th, and this is just Trumpās usual con man schtick to keep the rubes believing the election was stolen from him, even though he knows it wasnāt.
The point I keep making, which is basically an appeal to Occamās Razor, is that it isnāt necessary that he actually be crazy to describe what heās doing.
His personality and communication methods have been consistent across the years. Lies, bullshit, attempt to warp reality to his benefit and see what he can get away with. Itās just Trump being Trump.

I would prefer to see him dragged out kicking and screaming though. But thereās at least a 50% chance he will be decamped to Florida by then, where I hope he will be evicted based on the non-residence at Muralago agreement.
And really who knows what will happen after that? Financial collapse and he will have to sell it anyway? NY state legal problems? I just hope he doesnāt drop dead and end the story, although I would particularly enjoy seeing the kids lose all inheritances. You can be sure they are all already doing whatever financial tricks they can to keep the money even in another bankruptcy, just like Donald kept doing.
