If It’s what you say it is, I love it.

The dam is getting some pretty big cracks in it.

Is it wrong that I am smiling?

Honestly, though, the authenticity of the these documents will be challenged from the git-go. Nevertheless, the investigators need to make this the defining moment of the investigations. This is a crown jewel.

I’m shocked, shocked, to learn that Trump almost certainly committed tax fraud and bank fraud. Happily, the State of New York is well-positioned to deal with this. Bill Barr and a bunch of Federalist Society judges won’t be able to save his ass. Post-Presidency, the Trump Organization will likely get shut down entirely. Poor Uday and Qusay!

Given the breakneck pace of Trump’s scandals and outrages this is a good reminder that we simply glided right past the ‘outright fraud’.

Time for Alan Weisselberg to answer a few questions I reckon.

Is anyone waiting for the whataboutism of the tax documents from the Clinton foundation?

Wait… there wasn’t a tax issue with the foundation? Are you sure??? Can’t one be manufactured to make it look like there was??? Faux noise must be working overtime… their investigative powers must be able to find something.

Trump has a lot of companies, so following even a simple string of bankruptcies, say, his casino operations, from the 2004 bankruptcy, through the 2009 bankruptcy to the 2014 bankruptcy, is a non-trivial task. However, the US trustee did have him sign papers that he wasn’t lying and misrepresenting his wealth. As a side note, Trump recently signed into law a change in small business Chapter 11 bankruptcy for debts less than $2,725,625. That should be good news for Don Jr. when he starts filing.

Let’s not forget that Trump is the DEBT KING & BANKRUPTCY KING that eventually only Deutsche Bank will lend to him. Note that DB said they do not have his tax returns, so whose tax returns guaranteed Trump’s loan with them?

Also note that tax-fraudster Trump learned to to have “tax cheating markup or markdown” from his father, who for decades has their internal money laundering of expenses and income through All Country LLC. The tax-fraud was systematic for decades that Trump’s sister who is a judge, had to retire to avoid judicial inquiry!

So the property tax & insurance irregularities are just examples/just par for the course for The Trump Tax-Fraudster Family…even the youngest generation (Ivanka, Eric, DJTJ) of Trumps are into taxi-fraud too…SELF-DEALING in their charitable foundation! It’s like robbing the poor of your own donation to further enrich the rich = Outrageous and Highly IMMORAL!

One can only hope the Treasury Dept WB is protected too, because Mnuchin!

As I said the other day, three words: Civil Asset Forfeiture. I want to see the whole Trump/Kushner clan like Dan Ackroyd in Changing Places, but without Jamie Lee Curtis or the happy ending.

Versions of fraud? Does that mean similar to fraud, but allowable? Or does it mean violating several different statutes and/or regulations?
