IIRC, some intelligence agency person had said that tRump would die in prison. Now I’m really hoping this person knew a lot about the orange stain and what was possible. Hoping.

Bill Barr may find himself looking for a new job at the end of all this. I think I’d like that even more than seeing Trump booted out of office.

Yes, you are correct. But I have zero doubt that they would share, after the fact, the recordings, emails and/or paper trail with the FBI as well to start their own new 2019 inquiry into Trumpy’s nefarious dealing.
Knew his lordship was bad but my God, I had no idea of the extreme depths he’d go to to hurt allies, destroy political opponents, serve other dictatorships, graft money by the truckload and stiff legitimate Congressional oversight and stifle impeachment hearings…
