Everyone is a socialist in a crisis. Shouldn’t these Republican governors pull themselves up by their bootstraps and solve their own problems? /sarcasm

This oughta be good.

IMPOTUS will jump on it as it would be the perfect vehicle for him to publicly reward the sycophants In a grandiose manner and punish the “nasty” guvs.

OT, but three guesses why Chump wants USPS to die:

In a tweet Thursday, Rep. Gerry Connolly (D-Va.) accused Trump of personally intervening to block the approval of any emergency funding for the Postal Service.

According to new reporting from the Washington Post on Saturday, Connelly’s accusation was correct. “Trump threatened to veto the $2.2 trillion Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security, or CARES, Act if the legislation contained any money directed to bail out the postal agency, according to a senior Trump administration official and congressional official,” the Post reported.

They wouldn’t need so much relief if Donnie had done anything to stop the price gouging on PPE and ventilators, and if he hadn’t set them up to compete against each other and whatever grift Jared is running through the feds for the resources.

Trump will sign this when he is assured he and his family get their cut.

The USPS was never set up to make money only to serve all of the American public.
When all is said Trump is against it.

Notable here is that Pelosi did not demand that any governor kiss her ass. Leading by example is a virtue, even though the lesson is wasted on the orange one.

Trump no doubt would want the money apportioned based on how many electoral votes he got from each state.

I sure hope Florida is at the top of that soon-to-be reelection-lucre list. We’ve already seen how responsible the state has been and, even more so, how it really wants to take care of “those people,” i.e. every tenth Floridian who already lived below the poverty level (it’s actually 13.6% but who’s counting?) before COVID-19 was ever even incubated.

And let’s not forget seizing their purchases. Now I don’t know which entity, state or feds, will foot the bill, but if the past is any indication of how Trump pays bills, states are going to be out of money. Like I said the other day we’re all paying twice for that equipment.
