Where are the whistleblowers, observers, mandated reporters? When Trump tore up the translator’s notes from his meeting with Putin, I honestly thought there would be consequences. Silly me.
Unless the OLC opinion regarding not prosecuting a sitting president is revisited and rewritten, where are the guard rails? If, at the very least, those who witness what is happening to records are prosecuted for not reporting, the president will know that he is surrounded by witnesses who have something to lose.

What they’re undoubtedly getting at is that Meadows, Jared, and many others routinely communicated by WhatsApp. Meadows was reportedly scrambling last month to turn over his WhatsApp messages.
