A half dozen sheriffs from across the country addressed a far-right conference focused on bogus claims of voter fraud this week.
I hope the FBI is taking notes on these kooks.
Here’s to a government small enough to drown in a bathtub!
Surveille those “crummy” new citizens with all their anti-racism yakety yak. In these guys’ halcyon days they used ropes, not surveillance. They yearn to get back to using their good ol’ boy white supremacist justice against the people.
Yup, it’ll cost tons, but maybe they can scare people enough…
These “constitutional sheriffs” should be “incarcerated sheriffs” or, at least, “involuntarily committed sheriffs.”
It really seems like the kind of event where down on their luck defense attorneys could profitably pass out their card.
Sheriff fascist wannabes need to be brought to justice too.
And here’s another report, from conservatives no less refuting their crank conspiracies. Add this to the ones from the DOJ, every national security agency, the freakin League of women voters, Brennen Center etc.
and other tools to allow sheriffs to watch voters as they cast their ballots.
Don’t forget to spy on the bathrooms.
Republicans love to spy on people. Especially young girls.
Look at this too-much-haircut fastidious moustache born-again hard-on backwoods fuck-stick playing John Wayne and blowing my tax dollars on Las Vegas hoors son of a bitch.
Hopefully state and federal officials will start looking into the practice of voter intimidation practiced in those sheriff’s jurisdictions soon enough…
Putin’s minions. The devil wears Pravda.
A vain hope, I fear. I mean, if anyone was paying attention to Sheriff’s, anywhere in the U.S., that Apio asshole would have been jailed years ago, and that Organized Crime Syndicate known as the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Office would have been burned to the ground some time back.
Audits of the sheriffs and their operations need to be done ASAP. If I were a resident of Jackson County KS I would be demanding an audit of this piece of crap of a sheriff.
During brief remarks to the convention, Hayden complained that the area was seeing population growth, and that new residents were “bringing some of their politics from the crummy place they lived to my county, and it’s not fun.”
“Dammit,” he said, “this business of America being a free country is bullshit, and it has got to stop! These people’s ideas of liberty and justice are just too egalitarian, and I don’t intend to let that happen in my jurisdiction. I’m sure on that we all agree.”
I love that this group calls themselves “True the Vote”. Truing literally means shaping something, by artificial means, into whatever form you want it to have
Johnson County. The biggest, richest County in the entire region. One of the wealthiest counties in the country, in fact. Oddly enough, though, surprisingly not as radically conservative as you might expect.
Thus speaks the evil-right. They no longer merit the descriptor ‘alt or extreme right’.
Amazing all this flood of authoritarianism following the appearance in 2015 of the most corrupt public figure in our nations’s history.
Who they idolize.
Supreme law enforcers, each imagining it is his chest rather than his waist that is 54" and that he is starring in his own Hollywood blockbuster movie which is, of course, all about him. A few years back, the Christmas parade in Tempe featured Sheriff Joe’s battle tank, behind which was our church float portraying a Manger scene. Folks along the route noted one of these things was not like the other.
Ivana Trump died today. So it’s no surprise that the former Comforter in Chief did what he does best:
“Yes, Virginia, there is no bottom.”
With apologies to Francis Pharcellus Church.
