Bloomberg will make his choices as he has always done, which have often been in support of right wing loons, including several I believe even in 2018.

In [2014] Bloomberg and his PAC together gave about $540,000 to Democrats, including Nancy Pelosi’s nemesis Seth Moulton; but more than $2,000,000 to Republicans. […]

Then, in 2016, the year he “endorsed” Hillary Clinton, he and his PAC made one of the largest contributions to a Republican Senate campaign (in Pennsylvania). Overall, he and his PAC gave $5,000,000 more to Republicans than to Democrats – while “endorsing” Clinton.

Only in 2018 did contributions from Bloomberg and his PAC swing decisively towards Democrats.
