By now you likely know the bizarre and disturbing details of the sexual assault allegations against Florida Republican Party Chairman Christian Ziegler, as well as the salaciously convoluted relationship between him, his wife Bridget Ziegler and the couple’s threesome partner.
She had helped bring about Florida’s now-notorious “Don’t Say Gay” legislation…
“Don’t say three-way.”
… and was a co-founder of the “parental choice,” book-banning Moms For Liberty organization, which has helped remove LGBTQ content in schools across the country…
With a noble mien and upcast eyes, she sobbed " Our bigotry is bigger than hot lesbian sex and shame on anyone who will stop our fundraising off of hate. "
Shame on you for reporting that threesome
It just makes it harder to fleece 'em !
All young adults
Should bow to our cults.
Now tell me how can I get me some?
The hypocrisy reminds me of the youngish bible-thumper Ted Haggard from CO back in the Bush era I think. Gay hookers, drugs, the while shebang. Part of the story was him furtively disposing of some crank in a garbage can. My comment at the time at long-gone FireDogLake: “There’s a Meth-Thud to his Man-ness”
To our opponents who have spewed hateful vitriol over the last several days: We reject your attacks.
And we will continue to attack your rejects!
And remind people that the hypocrisy of she and her husband is typical of the GOP morality police, whether it is Dennis Hastert, or Mark Foley, or Christian and Bridget Ziegler.
Ziegler certainly looks the pudgy, self-satisfied little shit, doesn’t he? One look at his jowly mug and I can readily understand why it wasn’t consensual.
We are laser-focused on fundamental parental rights,
Close. They are laser-focused on the rights of fundamentalist parents to ensure the survival of their bigoted views through a diminished educational system.
One of the consequences of constantly shaming sex is that it creates these weird reinforcing hypocrisies, where people are ashamed of their own sexual desires, and then seek to criminalize what they themselves do, and it all comes from the original sin of shaming them for sex.
