I think that if they refuse to explain themselves within a reasonable amount of time, those verdicts should be vacated and ignored. This is a superpower that they’re not supposed to have, have never had it before, and it’s being misused.

They aren’t even verdicts by any reasonable definition of the term. Shadow docket decisions aren’t supposed to establish precedent even if idiots like Beer Bro Kavadope think that inferior Courts should hold seances or otherwise try to read the Five Six Dwarves’ minds.

As little as Cleaver has done to build the Democratic party in Missouri I would say good riddance. His district was clearly gerrymandered for him by the Republicans. What this change might do is make some of the MAGA representatives weaker than they need to be.
