Missouri Gov. Mike Parson (R) said Tuesday that fear of getting sick from COVID-19 or abiding by the his own stay-at-home order does not qualify voters to request an absentee ballot, calling absentee voting “more of a political issue than anything.”

He is right it is a political issue. It is a political issue where Republicans are willing to force voters to risk contracting a potentially fatal disease because they think the alternative of easy absentee voting will favor Democrats. They would rather voters die than have Democrats possibly get an advantage. That is about as political as an issue can get and MO Dems should go full bore on calling them out for being willing to kill voters.

He has the blood of many C19 victims on his hands for refusing to take steps to keep MO citizens safe. If he fights absentee voting, he will be intentionally killing numerous voters. I can’t wait for the lawsuits from the families of the fallen. If we can change the country in November, maybe we can bring criminal charges against some of these people. I call his actions murder.
