These are good questions:
- Will Smith proceed first against a layer of figures between the Proud Boys/Oath Keepers and the White House?
- Will Smith work his way up to Trump with charges against lower level figures directly within Trump’s orbit?
- Will Smith first obtain guilty pleas and cooperation from people close to Trump? Has he perhaps already done so but kept it under wraps?
And Will Smith smack somebody across the face?
Is this the first draft (outline) of the Morning Memo? It’s really lean and there are some typos that need to be fixed.

ABC News Edits Interview With RFK Jr to Exclude Vaccine Remarks (msn.com)
ABC News edited an interview with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. on Thursday to exclude remarks the 2024 Democratic presidential candidate made about vaccines.
While the interview also briefly included the beginning of Kennedy’s remarks about vaccines after he was asked about his prior comments suggesting vaccination was linked to autism, the topic was suddenly cut off and skipped to a later question about Kennedy’s family.
Davis confirmed in a disclaimer following the interview that the video had indeed been edited to exclude the majority of Kennedy’s remarks on the subject
“We’ve used our editorial judgment in not including extended portions of that exchange in our interview,” Davis revealed.

As VP, Mike Pence looked adoringly at Donnie. It was sickening. Pence remains sickening. His presidential ambitions are futile, especially when many members of “the base” wanted him hung from the rafters.

Pence, a primary target of President Trump and rioters (don’t ever forget the “Hang Pence” chants at the Capitol), has the air of a domestic abuse victim. His testimony is essential to the case, but he’s been reluctant to turn on his former political partner. When he has turned on him, it’s been short-lived and followed by excusing-making for Trump and more enabling.
Will any of us normal, sane people, i.e. Democrats, ever understand why this is so typical of everyone who touches T rumpp?

I am wondering, has anyone taken the time to read Abby Grossberg’s lawsuit against Fox News? The reason I’m asking is that I read something over at Daily Kos and I read that page that the diarist pointed out in the diary, and it was damning. So, this morning I penciled in the time to read her lawsuit.
On page sixteen there is this creepy story about Tucker Carlson that should bring back memories of when Matt Gaetz went on Tucker’s show and tried to use Tucker Carlson and his wife as an excuse when his sex scandal became known. That is when we became aware that Matt likes high school girls.

The diarist did not mention this, but item 60 was interesting to read about.
There is an audio clip attached to this page, which means there is proof about the allegations. No wonder Fox News fired Tucker Carlson because Fox News knows the damage that this allegation can do to the company, if it is true.
