GREAT COVERAGE! I’m very glad to see my monthly subscription fees used or this kind of reporting, of which we don’t get enough from other outlets.

Courts – except when in control of ideologues – distill the BS which sells so well in the media down to true and false via the lawyers’ songs and dances running straight into an impartial judge.

They are fishing for an evidentiary hearing to try to get the accusations in the affidavits and their bombast in new pleadings that paint these affidavits as true and credible evidence all into the news cycle.

There’s absolutely no need for Daubert hearings. None. It’s a laughable suggestion. The issue is whether these people did their fucking jobs as attorneys, not whether these asshats who signed affidavits are qualified and used acceptable methodology.

They want a big show of trying to make the affidavits credible and laud the “expertise” of the affiants to feed the narrative that the voter fraud was real.
