I’m guessing they opted to divide the case. There’s a wider, multi-state conspiracy, but, we see AG Nessel is charging these folks with crimes that occurred exclusively inside Michigan. I’m still expecting Eastman, Cheesbro, Eastman, Powell, and probably others to be Federally charged.
We’ll see. But, free advice: Do not wait to the last minute to stock up on popcorn.

TBF: This is not a difficult game. (And, that is why the Republican rolls have been shrinking. The sane ones are leaving.
