She’s so devious she lost her own election as part of an evil plan to bring Trump down.

John Ritter also died of an abnormality in his heart when he suddenly died. Young athletes die suddenly of heart problems, etc. that were previously unknown.

Floyd died because his heart stopped. Everyone dies that way, that’s some major cover-up.

I saw Ritter in Aspen shortly before he died and he did not look well at all. He had also put on a lot of weight, which always makes the heart work harder.

Where the fuck is Josh’s apology to Glen Greenwald for - once again - letting his jealousy of Greenwald interfere with that journalism stuff and had him accuse Greenwald of “Sicknick Trutherism”?

Officer Sicknik was sprayed in the face with "Bear spray which is 2% capsaicin, the chemical that makes chilis hot. The spray used on the officer was 3-4 times stronger than the typical self defense spray. And bear spray is delivered not as a squirt but a streaming dense fog. And it was delivered into his face.I would not be surprised if it caused him to stroke. A toxicity study in mice suggests 5.8 to 8.1 grams could be lethal to a person weighing around 170 pounds.

Is this ME infallible? Is any?

Privacy is a lousy reason to withhold a complete description of the basis for the ME’s findings. It’s no reason at all.

As it stands, we don’t know whether this ME’s opinion is as well informed as the prosecution experts in Chauvin’s trial, or more like the one offered there by the former Maryland State ME.

More transparency had best be forthcoming on this, or a second opinion will be necessary.

From WAPO…

Capitol Police officer Brian D. Sicknick suffered two strokes and died of natural causes a day after he confronted rioters at the Jan. 6 insurrection, the District’s chief medical examiner has ruled.

So…

If he’d been at home with his loved ones…in front of the fireplace on January 7he would have expired ?

Is that what you effing want us to believe?

Here, this is for you …you sorry assholoes… See #3

“All that transpired played a role in his condition.” There goes the defense.

Wait a minute … hasn’t the standard always been … engage in an illegal event ( rob a bank, stick up a gass station, conduct a violent home invasion) …and somebody dies of a heart attack, a stroke, whatever …it goes against you.
Even if that person was a ticking time bomb!
You get the blame for creating the off-the-charts stressor that triggers their demise… even if it is entirely coincidental.
Their are people who have been tried for murder … even though they were only the look-out for an attempted holdup with a toy gun … but a bystander dropped dead of a heart attack …!

How does Slotnick’s death suddenly get pronounced to be “unrelated”?

No one is saying that one or more insurrectionists are not responsible for Sicknik’s death, only that there are credible alternate causes of death that would make conviction unlikely. This is an interesting contrast to the Chauvin trial where despite the defense trying this “natural causes” argument, there is no such ambiguity in that evidence.

Two strokes at 42?

Seems legit

Oh about the same place GLenn’s apology for his speculations about Sicknick being murdered to add a bit of patina to Trump’s existing tarnish are.

Just to add a completely uninformed opinion, hydration status is also considered a predisposing factor in clotting/stroke. So if you go in expecting a normal day and then spend several hours of exercise in heavy gear with no breaks…

The fact remains that Sicknick was definitely physically assaulted by one or more thugs who may be identifiable, traced and charged.

My mother suffered an aneurysm. She had been having really bad headaches for days but did not check it out. She was also 66 years old and had high blood pressure. It was sudden, but not unforeseen. I don’t think Sicknick had any symptoms at all.

In some ways, I suppose it is kind of reassuring too know that it isn’t only black people who just happen to abruptly die of “unrelated causes” while they are being beaten or strangled to death.
