Flagrant violations of The Hatch Act, lying to Congress and more are just indicators of the lack of ethics for this administration.

I seem to remember when Al Gore made fundraising calls from his office and Republicans lost their minds. I seem to recall donors to the Bill Clinton campaign were given an opportunity to sleep in the Lincoln bedroom and Republicans lost their mind. Two Marines opened the door for Trump (and saluted him) last night to provide his reality show entrance for a convention event. Apparently Republicans are Ok with using members of the military as campaign props. Meadows says no one cares. I care but know absolutely nothing will be done.

It is hard to overestimate the harm that is being done by Barr’s precedent. By only prosecuting political enemies, and not prosecuting criminals who do him political favors, he is undermining public confidence in the Rule of Law — and in the possibility of justice, even as Trump is undermining democratic elections.

I dunno, but many people in this forum claimed that there was no way Trump could steal the election. Of course there is no way he can legally steal the election, but as we has been able to see Trump and his lackeys will stop at nothing. In many countries this flagrant use of government resources for campaign purposes, would be enough grounds to invalidate an election.
