Today, Colorado Republican Scott McInnis made his first public appearance since The Denver Post reported last week that he had apparently plagiarized a series of articles, revelations that have seriously wounded his gubernatorial campaign.McInnis appeared at the Colorado Farm Bureau’s mid-summer meeting, along with his main August 10 primary opponent, Dan Maes. According to The Denver Post, the candidates spoke about illegal immigration, water storage and Piñon Canyon.
