Time to increase the size of the federal judiciary. Moscow Mitch can’t be stopped until Jan 3, but the politicizing impact of his misdeeds can be balanced.

All the more impetus to expand and balance the courts at all levels. All the more crucial that we take the Senate with more than just 50 seats (to offset the inevitable Machin and Feinstein defections).

What makes you sure Feinstein would defect? Manchin’s the Dem in a red state, Feinstein is not.

If we have both houses can’t the Judiciary Committees start impeachment and removal of these unqualified hacks? And have a long look at possibly perjury during confirmation?

I also doubt she would – but she does appear to be temporarily fond of Lindsey Graham’s antics, so who knows?

They can impeach, but it takes 67 votes to convict.
