McCarthy Woos Far-Right Members By Dangling the Biggest Carrot Of All — Punishing Dems

The Qevin doth protest too much, methinks.

The con fails if the marks get the dangle. He is making election promises which nacerly expire when the vote has been cast.

Greetings from Pennsylvania, Kevin, land of the new Democratic governor- and senator-elects, greetings and a question: how’s that vindictive crazy working for ya? (With apologies to Dr. Phil.)

Not sure you need to apologize

“One thing I said from the very beginning, Eric Swalwell cannot get a security clearance in the public sector,” McCarthy said on Fox News. “Why would we ever give him a security clearance and the secrets to America? So, I will not allow him to be on Intel.”

This is some heavy projecting. The truth is Qevin is the one who couldn’t “get a security in the private sector,” whatever that’s supposed to mean.

I would say 75% of his crazy town caucus could not get a security clearance in the private sector.

McCarthy has my Rep, Not Honorable Scott Perry (R) of PA to deal with.

“McCarthy Woos Far-Right Members By Dangling the Biggest Carrot Of All…”

The only thing Kevin has ever been able to dangle is a baby carrot.

(And the only one excited by that is Jim Jordan.)

Serioulsy? What is a “security clearance in the private sector”?

I think Swalell could get a high paying in job in a number of industries, on the basis of his resume and not on the basis of his Senatorial connections.

GQP & Qevin Logic: Act as spoiled childish and bratty as possible in order to get what you want regardless of what is best for this country and representative of ALL of the people.
They are all traitors to this country.

You can certainly see McCarthy’s problem. But the thing is, he sells the farm and all he gets is that he, himself, is speaker. That’s the only benefit. Everything else in the mix is pure drawback. He’s really, really, really not a smart person.

I think it means you need a security clearance to go into Wal-Mart.

Hopefully, Special Counsel Jack Smith will have something to say about Scott Perry…and others.

I find myself already fantasizing that enough Republicans get caught up in the investigation that it gives control of the House of Representatives back to the Democrats.

Speaker Pelosi said it best:

“He’s such a moron.”

McCarthy’s problem is his campaign to be the Speaker of the House is he will to be the worlds great follower as opposed to the outgoing Speaker who is a great leader.

Rep. Swallwell “can’t get a security clearance”?? Really? How many Republican reps can’t get a clearance? My guess is, more.

Adam Schiff “lied”? Evidence? Okay, crickets. As expected.

Ilhan Omar is “antisemitic”? That’s only if you believe Palestinians aren’t “semitic” or even human, and equate “antisemitism” with opposition to the apartheid, fascistic policies of the Israeli government.

In short, Qevin again comes up short. But for a party based on lying, he’s doing pretty well.

Methinks this statement and the vote in the house to not allow committee assignments is a promise made for Speaker votes.

I don’t think he has 218 for a shameless stunt like this.

In fact I bet he’s banking on a few centrist Republicans to bail them all out of that self own.

Really what is there to say, it’s all tit for tat. No policy agenda, only ego driven actions.
