Kevin doesn’t understand the severity of his own actions!

Love Fanone’s profanity. It’s the only language appropriate for addressing what happened on J6. And Republicans can hardly complain about it given their worship of potty-mouthed TFG.

McCarthy…how can he seriously look at himself in the mirror in the morning?

Sure he does. He’s a lying sack of shit.

It’s not news that McCarthy is a contemptible moron and coward. It’s ever more shocking to see how deep it runs, its intelligence-insulting, got-to-be-kidding depth and breadth. It was reported almost from the beginning that Trump was glued to that TV, and here months later McCarthy is trying to cling like a shipwreck victim to whatever might have been said in a phone call, as if that could possibly matter. If there’s a kind of absolute zero below which contempt can’t go, this gets pretty near it. Nothing more to say.

If Kevin McCarthy does become speaker, I predict that all of his time will be occupied by 2 things: 1. Investigating Dems, 2. Fending off attacks by insurgent crazies in the GOP caucus.

McCarthy is a fraud.

“He wasn’t watching TV,” McCarthy said at one point.

Of all the lies McCarthy has told, this has to be the least believable one yet.

A man who spent his 4 years as president watching more TV than 99% of the US population had no idea what was going on that day? Kevin, are you that stupid or are you just a terrible liar? No one with even half a functional brain believes you.

How can we as a country look at ourselves in mirror?

I agree, outrage and anger.

I daresay it was Mark Twain that said “When angry count four; when very angry, swear.”

Perhaps I am giving him too much credit, but whenever I think of Mr. McCarthy I am always reminded of the phrase, “The banality of evil”. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eichmann_in_Jerusalem

Proving that Kevin McCarthy is addicted to power the exact same way a junky is addicted to heroin. He will do anything to get more power and when he gets it his addiction makes him crave more. And like a heroin junky McCarthy will go too far and wind up destroyed.

This isn’t news, this is BS from McCarthy, it is what I have come to suspect. There isn’t even any comfort in knowing the suspect was correct.

That seems appropriate. Something of a drone essentially, no real capacity for self-direction but goes along to get along and if it’s evil you just don’t really think about it.

The list of things that Kevin McFeckless doesn’t understand is a very long one.

But this one ain’t on the list.

Kanye West is nothing to me, but the exploitation of his celebrity is dismayingly interesting. Despite his longstanding and widely known weirdness, they were glad to glom onto him for support until he crossed the line and boom he’s gone again.

ETA Oops don’t know how this got posted to the wrong thread, sorry.

Again, an example where MAGA Republicans will do anything, and say anything to protect and support their Mayan king, including to figuratively kiss his pudendum. All Republicans prove to be craven LIARS!

So, the guy who brought the mob together for Jan 6th, who relentlessly incited the mob, who knowing they were armed and still directed them to the Capitol, who was furious that the secret service would not let him go and lead the mob into the Capitol, that guy went back to his pad and just chilled? Hmm. Kev, you are so full of shit.
