Two Hispanic shooters, nine Hispanic victims. Local PD investigating a man that was kicked out earlier in the evening, possibly for trying to start a fight. Not, emphasis NOT racially motivated according to witnesses and local PD.
Although, witness statements at a bar at 130am tend to be a little cloudy and inconsistent.

Meh, as a local, if you’d have asked me the most likely location of a mass shooting, that neighborhood would have been high on the list.
Four dead in Saturday night/Sunday morning shootings, that’s a routine night for the area. We don’t get a lot of notice for it, but KC ranks very high on the most dangerous cities list.
