During the press briefing, Trump claimed out of nowhere that Hogan “didn’t really understand what was going on” with regards to the federal government’s response to testing kit shortages, and that the governor would’ve “saved a lot of money” if he’d talked to Pence about the need for kits.

Hogan’s wife should have purchased test kits from the beautiful test kits offered by the Ivanka tRump brand. They’re the most powerful test kits.

Trump wants to be able to hand out tests, etc to governors who toe his line and keep them from others. Hogan went around him and got supplies from South Korea. Obviously, Trump’s not gonna tolerate that.
