From this initial plea to the last SCOTUS ruling on subpoenas of Trump admin officials.

My guess: 6 years.

I just wish there was a pay-per-view of T**** as he rage waddles the halls of Mar-e-Coli.

I wonder if he can be considered a flight risk. I don’t know if State charges are enough to lift a passport or whatever.

This guy is counting on Cronos to save him, in six years he would be 79, even if he loses he would not be sent to prison at that age. That is why they will not be able to flip him.

How old was Cosby when they sent him to prison?

Yeah, but his son is not near that age, and he was involved in his son’s hire by Trump and Trump’s payment of an exorbitant salary to run the Central Park Carousel and the other perks his son received and failed to report on his income tax. So, let’s see what happens (to paraphrase Donald and Fred).

Mullligan and Skarlatos don’t have any prior connection to TrumpWorld, at least as far as I can recall. They’re also at separate law firms. So maybe this is a sign of some independence?

When will they announce the indictments? Before the court appearance?

Calm down. It’s like going to the movies. Have to sit through 600 hours of trailers and advertisements before you get to the actual main feature

When pigs fly . . oh, never mind.

FWIW, on Law & Order, arraignment judges force the perps to surrender their passports from time to time.

Weisselberg is accused of white collar crimes, not sexual crimes against white women like Cosby. Besides no matter how uncle-tommish Cosby was in his politics he was still black and that is always an aggravating circumstance.

For State charges? I know it’s reasonable for Federal, but that’s not the case here.

I guess this further emboldens the other Red States now? Do we have any chance of a fair election anymore?

I’m not sure how this impacts.

I think the judge has discretion regarding bail, and can demand that the accused surrender his or her passport as a condition of being released.

Otherwise, there is always space in Rikers.
