A former arms dealer convicted of defrauding the government by repackaging 40-year-old Chinese ammunition and selling it to the Army was arrested for prostitution this week, the Naples Daily News reports.David Mordechai Packouz was arrested at Motel 82 after allegedly agreeing to have sex with an undercover Collier County deputy for $400, according to police. He is facing a misdemeanor charge of prostitution and was released on Friday on $500 bond.
