A California man allegedly possessed several operational pipe bombs and spoke about “going to war” for Donald Trump in the wake of the attack on the Capitol, according to a federal complaint filed Wednesday.
Nice try, lawyer dude, but being an enthusiastic supporter of Donald Trump doesn’t make you a terrorist and nobody said it did. What makes you a terrorist are terroristic threats and the strenuously acquired weapons to make good on them.

As someone who’s been a lawyer for a while (though I haven’t practiced criminal law), I’d say that the attorney should be disbarred for general stupidity, and incompetence.
So, operational pipe bombs and more fire arms than one person could possibly need makes one a run of the mill enthusiastic Trump supporter.
