Sadly, it’s not just the Trump cultists treating Trump like a messiah. Sadly, but as expected, a large portion of the mainstream media is treating Trump as if he is born anew, as if none of his previous transgressions, crimes, frauds. insanity, and disastrous administration ever happened. They’re acting like he’s just a normal candidate coming in with a clean slate, as if he’d been baptized by Jebez himself in the Jordan River, instead of constantly reminding everyone that he is a convicted felon and liable for multiple frauds and sexual assault. Based on most of the breathless reporting from the stenographer class lately, it’s almost as if none of that ever happened. And that doesn’t even touch on the countless hours of free promotion they have already given this clown throughout Biden’s presidency.

There is an obvious logical problem with claiming that a failed assassination attempt against Trump is a sign from God. If you assume that God is all-powerful, there is no such thing as signs from God, or rather everything is a sign from God.

The modifier “spiritual” in front of “war” in this context means "not spiritual. " They’re talking guns, knives, guards with truncheons, furious mobs beating outnumbered victims. Mostly guns. Like, “I shoot you in the head in the name of the Holy Ghost.” There is a long and dishonorable tradition of such violence in christianity.
Whatever happens with the D candidate happens. I will support and vote for the D candidate. I have to say, though, Biden is not and never will be too cognitively impaired not to be absolutely bat-shit psycho homicidal crazy. The recent overwhelming focus on Biden, and almost complete silence about the murderous bat-shit crazy of MAGA, is a sign of something very wrong. I hope we can set it right in time.
