Wait a minute, I thought China was clamoring for a “deal.” Who would have guessed that China has Trump on his knees begging.
You also type a shit load. My response was quick and short.
Mayday dose of Heather Cox Richardson and Paul Krugman:
Yup and The Guardian’s sub head is at odds with the article and the headline. It’s not China’s attitude that is softening.
Brown skin and funny name?
I disagree, mostly because that aspect of Lear had a somewhat misogynist trope. A trope Shakespeare was bound to present to his audience because it’s what they believed. They’re more like Iago. Sadly the United States is Desdemona, and Othello wants to kill her off from the start of the play. Othello as a cowardly serial killer who needs cats paw to be the bad guy.
Rabbit entrails are a source for tapeworm. Let him eat.
So . . . DOD is unstable? That sounds important.
David Horowitz died?
Well, you know what they say about if you can’t say anything nice …
Here “dolls” represent “parental affection”
and “children” means “Eric.” Trump is still angry he was expected to interact with his kids, and is still re-litigating it with his dead former wives.
Where I live “Garcia” isn’t a funny name but the brown skin…
Trump to Skip Town Early—Again—as Crises Mount in Washington
Another long Palm Beach weekend while fallout from tariffs and DOGE cuts worsen
According to the White House daily schedule and press guidance issued to the press pool, Trump appears to be once again cutting his work week short, departing Washington on Thursday evening, setting up a long weekend at his private Mar-a-Lago club. After commencement remarks at the University of Alabama Thursday night, Trump will land in Palm Beach just before 11:15 PM—marking yet another early departure from the capital as major domestic and international issues demand attention.
He’ll cut out early today, Thursday and be out on the course bright and early tomorrow. At least by noon-ish.
Of course, no way in hell this could ever get to the floor, but I’d love to see them get up and propose it. And amplify the proposed bill on all the talking head shows and podcasts for at least a week. The publicity, and Republican refusal to even allow a vote, would be the point!!
A good idea! Thanks.
Are you referring to amount or content, pray tell?
I’m old enough to remember huge military parades in Red Square in Moscow on May first
Can anyone spell “tariffs”? A now years-old console getting $100 price increases is not exactly normal. Usually the price pressures are the other way as the older tech becomes cheaper to produce.
New form of forcible deportation.
Federal marshals and ICE agents will grab serious people from their serious jobs, put bags over their heads and transport them to agencies of the unserious regime across the country.
There they’ll be chained to desks and lab benches. Outgoing communications will be disabled on phones and computers and their former coworkers, bosses, friends and families will have no idea where they’ve gone. Feeding will take place with bags of cold McDonald’s specialties tossed into their cages at night.
The regime will never admit that the higher-quality work product it suddenly starts turning out comes from this slave labor force.
