TBH, Yoo needs to be hanging by his thumbs in a cell down at Gitmo. He’s a stain on the honor (what’s left of it) of this country. The Bush family should forever be remembered as a criminal operation that fucked over this country.

Prior to 2019 we had 3 cats and the dog ( my avatar). They were a family and got along as friends. Even to sharing the bed for mid day naps.

One of the feral cats on the ranch where I grew up was called " Stupid Brown Mama Cat" because she was always pregnant, and never took care of her kittens. Our cocker spaniel would adopt the kittens. It was a sight to see him strolling across the property with a line of kittens in single file behind him.

My rescue cat who I’ve had for over 7 years and is around 15 or so years old is dealing with some medical issues. I took her to the veterinarian a few weeks ago for her medical work up since she was getting a little lethargic and skinny. Her blood work showed that she has an enlarged spleen. However her urine and fecal tested negative. I give her three different medications a day and she keeps on going.

You are a decent human being. I adopted an elderly cat during the pandemic. It’s harder for older pets to get adopted.

Add in all the “lap time” you can manage if your cat is agreeable to it. Some love laps, some don’t. My boss cat loved cuddling. The other two did not but still they were affectionate. Our dog of course was all in for her belly rubs and chin scritches
