Believing this is just fucking dumb. If the body cams footage works for the Cops they hand it over. If it does not they delete and say the cam was not on. In many places not activating a body cam is punishable but the punishment is damn sure no where near as serious as what cam footage of a murder would bring about.
They were on. Recorded gross over use of deadly force. So this.
