Rep. Loudermilk is a symbol of why so many on the left (especially progressives) become disillusioned with national politics. They see a GOP pol exposed for engaging in obviously unethical (and likely illegal…) behavior, and then nothing happens to them! They just say ‘Blah, blah, blah’ (fill in the blanks), go on Fox News and defy any accountability. I can see how it is hard to convince those on the left that the system isn’t fundamentally broken.

The case with Mr. Walker is really sick. This is a man who has obvious mental problems who is being trotted out to be the token Black conservative going up against a Black Dem pol in a state where Black pols holding statewide office are rare. This is just another sign of how depraved the GOP has become.
