Kobach lost the governor’s race by an unexpectedly large margin. This could turn into an opportunity for a Dem or Independent to win the Senate seat. He is one of the most despicable Republicans and that is saying something.

What Kobach probably wants is a job in the administration or a no-show position at a conservative think tank. This just muddies the primary with Pompeo. He’ll go away if someone offers him enough money. And while it is a fool’s errand to try and predict how low Republican voters will go, Kobach is very unlikely to win a Senate seat.

This really is rich that a former Kansas Secretary of State, and voter fraud scam artist would allow his name to be misspelled in a campaign announcement. Maybe his staff should have looked at his voter ID for the proper spelling.
