MAGA influencer Mike Davis tweeted within hours of the arrests that Kat Abughazaleh should be charged with pretty much exactly what all six defendants were charged with, including conspiracy. It was taken up immediately by a bunch of other MAGA twitter accounts. That is where this malicious prosecution began.
The idea that grand jurors can’t exercise their conscience flies in the face of the historical role of grand juries, which was to provide a societal check on overzealous prosecutors.
And what, thinking “anti-Americanism, anti-capitalism, and anti-Christianity” is verboten?

These prosecutirs should be disbarred, their JDs revoked by their law schools so they could not even theoretically apply for rinstatement, and personally pay the defendants’ defense costs, and the broadest conceivable consequential damages, trebled.
If they are discovered to have paid any of these amounts with funds from an outside source, they should be imprisoned until they verifiably pay with their own funds (e.g., no wingnut sugar daddy, no gofundme, no taxpayer dollars).
