What good is a pardon at this time for Charles Kushner? He already served his time.
Does the pardon wipe out the felony convictions allowing him to engage financial transactions having a felony prohibits?

I grew up outside of Asbury Park and everything that ever happened there reads like a parody of New Jersey. That’s because New Jersey (including the Kushners and Christie) is a parody of itself. Nothing ever made sense there, even to a child. Explain to me just how Kushner senior’s plan to keep his sister from testifying was supposed to work. All it seems likely to do is to piss her off.

It may not have happened in Russia. But, there may have been Russian ladies involved.
The Ritz-Carlton story seems to be logistically difficult if not impossible. DJT would be cautious in Russia itself, anyway, no doubt.
But not everywhere. Consider Rudy with his hands down his pants in a hotel room with a Russian hottie, with no idea he was being recorded - in a room that had been checked by his security. DJT would be just as susceptible.
If James Bond could fall for it in Istanbul, DJT could fall for it in Vegas.

One thing we definitely know about Trump is that no matter how thoroughly you explain a thing to him, no matter how well you enumerate the consequences, he’ll still do that thing if it’s something he really wants to do. He’ll do it because he thinks he’s smarter than everybody else.

Well, I don’t see how most of the pardoned are going to be useful on any other basis than as character witnesses when Trump is before a New York State judge. Of course, Stone and Flynn may still do battle for him.
People with NPD have absolutely zero impulse control and don’t listen to other people because they’re the smartest people in the world. The fact that top flight sex workers were provided to him just goes to show how very important he was. Being told that Russian intelligence agencies have been baiting blackmail traps with sex since Stalin would have just been so much blah blah blah. Trump was full capable of calling someone up and having them sent back up to his room even if they’d been waved off.

Agree, I suspect it’s something that puts donnie as a cast member in some unconventional sexual activity, maybe only a little bit depraved, but enough to have cost him election to the presidency and enough to cooperate with Putin’s intell activities toward the US. Enough kompromat to do blackmail. Someday we’ll learn that Putin had him set up with a Red Sparrow during the beauty contest in Russia and has been grooming him for years. His pathological ego makes him an easy mark.
