what a loathsome toad
My favorite part of Charles Kushner’s tawdry saga is the implicit admission that getting picked up by a hooker at a bar and going to a cheap motel room for sex would definitely be the kind of thing that Charles Kushner would fall for.
Trump is such a fucking criminal.
So, pardons for all? Your Dad got a second chance, he’s doing very well and I’m not sure what difference the pardon will make.
Wasn’t it the BIL and not Charles who fell for it?
So for a little context I Googled who Daddy Kush made illegal campaign contributions to, and discovered a story line that ended up on Law & Order, with some embellishment, got to have a murder for L&O.
Other tidbits that I found interesting were failure to comply and not taking responsibility for his actions. And look at the last two paragraphs for how much shit has changed. I hope when the Trump gang goes to court that this judge isn’t presiding over their cases.
One of the auto mfgs attempted something of this nature with Ralph Nader after his book on the auto industry was published. A woman tried to push her way into his hotel room with a photographer/private eye behind her. Nader was able to slam the door.
My theory of the pee-hooker tape:
They’ve got video of something similar, just not exactly what was described in the dossier. The Ritz-Carlton / Obama bed story is disinformation, designed both to discredit the true elements in the dossier by being found to be false and to remind DJT of something equally, if not more, unsavory.
Putin said something at the time about Russian sex workers, dismissing the story, but adding, “ours are the best in the world.” There, I believe Putin is quoting DJT regarding that other incident, a quote that DJT would remember.
Supporting evidence of this theory, condensed below from The Independent and widely available elsewhere:
Donald Trump allegedly watched “with delight” at a Las Vegas strip club during a “golden showers” performance, [Michael Cohen] claims in his new memoir. … Cohen, now a convicted felon, described visiting a Las Vegas Club called The Act in 2013, with Mr Trump, Russian oligarch, Aras Agalarov, and his son Emin.
Trump and his extended family and close friends (AKA ass-kissers and boot-lickers) were a criminal enterprise well before he squatted in our White House, and the crimes have continued in the clear light of day with the complicity of millions of Americans. Especially thanks to Moscow Mitch who removed any check and balance. What does that say about our America?
I look into the eyes of Seryl, his wife, and see a battered woman.
Fuck Trump and his pardons. Not going to keep him in office one second longer.
New Jersyeans can take it. In fact, they’d be insulted that you think this would insult them.
I saw the distance in her eyes. That is sad.
See “implicit admission,” above.
Sounds like a typical Republican Cult crime. Prostitutes and tax scams.
Ware a mask and practice social distancing and wash your hands often.
The crime the elder Kushner was trying to hide (by setting up his brother-in-law) was massive illegal political donations. Those enormous “donations” were to dems and Daddy Kushner switched to supporting Trump in 2015-6 with at least one large legal campaign donation. I can’t but wonder whether he also funneled another, much larger amount to Trump via not-so-legal means – and was just never investigated for that
Now there’s an idea whose time has definitely come.
At this point and going forward, getting a pardon from Trump puts the recipients in company with undeserving slimy criminals, murderers, grifters, frauds and cheats. Not really going to improve their resumes going forward! Except with Republicans, of course.
The younger Kushner has talked openly about how deeply his father’s imprisonment impacted his life. He was in his early 20s and a law and business school student in the mid-2000s when his father was sentenced and suddenly found himself having to run the family’s businesses while shuttling back and forth on weekends to see his father in Alabama.
Safe to say this was more costly to Pop’s businesses than the jail time?
