OT and for the record, the moderators from CBS News have been announced for the NEXT debate (not tonightâs):
âCBS Evening Newsâ anchor and managing editor Norah OâDonnell and âCBS This Morningâ co-host Gayle King will moderate the debate, joined in questioning by âFace the Nationâ moderator and senior foreign affairs correspondent Margaret Brennan, chief Washington correspondent Major Garrett and â60 Minutesâ correspondent Bill Whitaker.
Le sighâŚ
Can anyone older than Yoda please leave the stage and drop out of the race?
Good Lord â it looks like a family tree with the kids in the middle and cave paintings of their ancestors on the outside.
Maybe we could at least have only candidates who were born after electric lighting became commonplace?
BTW, with every debate, Sanders is looking more and more like this guy:
âWe did release a memo which demonstrated that fact and we as a party need to think about who that candidate is and who best takes on Donald Trump in November.â
Elizabeth Warren. Bloomberg has too much baggage. If he wants to say he is the Independent, fine, but this is for the Democratic nomination, and heâs not really âweâ for one thing.
Chuck Todd? Sigh
âOpening question for each of the group to answer: When did you stop being a Communist?â
Hey now, there was a serious attempt to get our cityâs beloved and legendary broadcaster to run for Mayor
Opens it with saying âWait, who is this Elizabeth Warren woman?â
Whatâs the over/under is on how many different ways heâll suggest some variant of âboth sidesâ?
About the same as the over/under on whether Trump will lie about his relationship with Rohrabacher again.
Buttigiegâs going for it in his latest campaign shiftâŚ
Actually, he did better than that-- told CNN that, in his relationship, heâs never had to pay hush money to a porn star after cheating on his spouse (really).
He had a great town hall last night on CNN.
Iâm not giving up on him or dismissing him yet.
So heartwarming watching clips of Faux News in which they donât even have to come up with their own attacks on our candidates but get to play âtake Democrat Aâs word for it about Democrat Bâ. All across the board.
Keep it up guysâŚworking perfectlyâŚclearly weâve got this on lockdownâŚplease proceedâŚ
Yea if we all just voted for your gal, guy. Then we could do away with the debate and everything
Thank you for missing the point. As I saidâŚitâs going swimminglyâŚplease proceedâŚ
Oh you are so funny
That wasnât the point either, but thank you.
If youâre one of the center left candidates, your job is to attack Sanders, not Bloomberg. Bloomberg is not relevant to the NV caucus as he is not on the ballot. The best way for the center left candidates, Biden, Pete or Elena, to defeat Bloomberg is to beat Sanders in NV. If the center left candidates go after Bloomberg too much and he hits Bernie and Trump and stays on message, heâll be the winner of the debate and the Tsunami to Bloomberg will commence.
Well you are responding well.
