The attorney to both the JonBenet Ramsey family and Trump’s bid to overturn the results of the 2020 election faces threats to his existence as a lawyer, as a state bar investigation and a federal judge both hold inquiries into Lin Wood’s role in spreading bonkers myths about the 2020 election.
In another, Wood referred to the Georgia state bar association as a “communist organization.” He also accused Fox News host Sean Hannity of betting him in November 2020 that Trump had actually lost the election — a proposal that he said ended their purported twenty-year friendship.
You know what? On second thought, let’s just skip the psych eval; I don’t think it’s really necessary at this point.
Is he trying for an insanity defense?
It’s about time for the disbarments arising from the 2020 election to begin in earnest. Let’s finish up with Rudy’s, expeditiously, and then move on to the others (Wood and Powell, primarily, although there are plenty of others). Then the cleanup can finish with Barr and a handful at DoJ.

Or the sane from the insane except a third of the country appears to concur with Wood which (assuming he is not completely mad) is perhaps why he beats that drum so incessantly.
Writ larger, a significant part of our national problem appears to rotate (I use the word advisedly) around that same divide.
He has to take it easy. He ended up with a nasty groin injury pulling that one off.
This guy is the physical and lawyerly embodiment of that Facebook friend from high school that sells supplements, life coaches, or does something I can’t quite figure out to make a living.
He’s gone beyond insanity. He’s now in the realm of outsanity.
Once in a while, someone comes along and says something that you will end up spending way too much time thinking about.
Insanity vs. outsanity. It makes sense actually.

One formulation (I forget which) of the Problem of Evil contains a conclusion to the effect that “any ‘god’ without the power to prevent evil is not worth worshipping.”
I would suggest that the same applies to any “god” who would anoint Donald Trump.
(And, of course, there’s the other escape: that god doesn’t abhor evil, and thus is not innately good.)

Perhaps the lawyers here can comment on the wisdom of an attorney calling his Bar “the enemy.”
