Fresh off of President Donald Trump awarding him with the Presidential Medal of Freedom, conservative talk radio host Rush Limbaugh mocked 2020 Democratic candidate Pete Buttigieg for being openly gay on Wednesday.
Is it now OK to wish him a slow and painful death, and dance on his grave afterwards?
I donât care if itâs OK or not. I take enormous pleasure in the thought of him dying ugly.
Pete Buttigieg will be gay bashed; Bernie Sanders will be red baited if either one is the Democratic nominee. And it will be effective.
I have some hokey pokey moves to show off.
That headline is perfect. Its truthful. Instead of the vague âRadio host, recently diagnosed with cancer, makes controversial remarks about candidates sexual identity.â Its âyet again dumbass is a dumbassâ.
At what point does hyperbole factor into this discussion anymore? Is it over-the-top to call out a govât for its blatant corruption? Is it unethical to employ some of the tactics used by fake-news to further the dissemination of the actually real?
Limbaugh received the medal of freedom for freely wearing his bigotry on his sleeve.
Enshrined in the constitution and bill of rights, ainât it?
Itâs interesting to note that many of the most effective right wing propagandists in this country are gone or are going away. OâReilly has been marginalized, the NRA is on the run and bleeding financially, Limbaugh wonât be with us much longer, FOX News is far less organized or effective as they once were.
The propagandists who who are coming in their place pale in comparison. They spew to the far right, but canât rope in the moderates the way FOX and the NRA used to. Itâs as though the whole movement is dying out, and itâs a good riddance.

The problem I see with Rushâs potential imminent death is that there is someone out there just as mean, but more vile than Rush. Itâs always the case where the student has to be worse than the master.

I do hope Limbaughâs rant against Buttigieg opens Demsâ eyes a bit. The GOP has an attack game plan for every candidate. I happen to think Pete could handle this particular line of attack, but everyone will get hit. The one candidate who has taken the hits and hasnât seen his poll numbers move in H2H polling is Biden. But now, Dems want to abandon him for some stupid reason (oh yeah, itâs because center left Dems are fickle and like their 13 flavors of ice cream and keep splitting their vote). Relax folks. Vote for Joe if you live in NV and SC and order will be restored to this primary.
The Rush Limbaugh âend taleâ seems to be developing a narrative wherein cancer and dying is character building and something allotted only to the chosen very few.
If either or both of Sanders and Buttigieg are nominated, we will see rivers of âsocialism,â coded anti-Semitism, gay bashing the likes of which weâve never seen and it will work with the 45% if not more.
Proving himself to be an even worthier recipient than Trump proclaimed.
