‘Lev Remembers’: Parnas’ Attorney Trolls Nunes For ‘Do Not Recall’ Defense

The attorney for Lev Parnas — a Rudy Giuliani associate who aided in the Ukraine pressure campaign and was also recently indicted for campaign finance violations — called out Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) on Twitter this week for his flimsy defense of damning call records of his contacts with Parnas.

Nunes is trying to remain out of the line of fire. He just wants to be able to go back to his cows after the massive Russian/Republican treason is exposed.

Unlike Nunes, his cows are actually very intelligent and with long memories. Maybe he could ask them?

He’s the Pepperidge Farm of post-Soviet mafioso.

So…I’m guessing his $435 million lawsuit against CNN is deader than a Republican Senator’s integrity?

Oh Kevin be careful of what you say:

" House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy told reporters that he has no problem with Intelligence ranking member Devin Nunes’ contact with key players involved in the Ukraine scandal.

“There’s nothing wrong that Devin has done except once again to get accused of something,” McCarthy said of his fellow California Republican."

Especially if:

" Nunes claims that he doesn’t remember who Parnas is or if he ever spoke to him on the phone, despite the fact that the two were in contact at least twice in the same day in April, with one call lasting about eight minutes."

Maybe he can sue Parnas next.

Yeah Mr. Nunes? Karma is holding on line one for you.

Maybe I’m wrong, but I wouldn’t be surprised if Schiff knows even more than he’s letting on so far. Giving Nunes just enough rope to hang himself. And SDNY probably, by now, knows plenty about what went down. Nunes continues to give interviews, where his guilt is screamingly obvious to the average person, thinking it’ll help him with the base, but could hurt him in an actual court of law. He should really lawyer up.

This interview was so bad for Nunes. He conspired with Parnas and Giuliani and he knows that he’s been caught red-handed. Rather than suing folks who hurt his feelings, he would be better served hiring a defense attorney.

A lot of what is happening to guys like Nunes is the blow back from Benghazi and the Clinton email server “scandals.” It is real easy for Americans to believe their Republican elected officials are just as bad as some believe Hillary and Bill are. When you point a finger, you have 4 pointing back at you.

That said I do think the Russians have worked hard to compromise the Republican party and the right wing press. They have been very successful, especially with the Republican party. All that dark money was just too good to be true and it wasn’t.

Nunes has, essentially, played dumb …

… a state he’s preternaturally adept at.

Maybe so. He does have some experience there.

So much for that keyboard.

Nah, he’ll sue some news agency for quoting Parnas’ attorney.
