I got an invite. But as someone from a former British colony, I had to say no, but I will have a spot of tea please.

The best people go into politics to make a difference by helping people. Unfortunately far too many seek office for power and personal aggrandizement. It’s not too difficult to figure out which camp DeSantis is in.

One doesn’t wear a hat of that circumference to a spectacle where others seated behind one will be unable to see. She could have looked just as smart if the hat was a third its size. That is an outdoor reception or garden party hat.
That being said, love the orchid 1950s-inspired suit.

That’s what I said about the con from Queens. I give myself partial credit: he was never the president but he occupied the Oval Office with all its perks and powers.

Instead of checking a box on the voter registration form that says “I am eligible to vote,” there should be a box on the form that says “I am not eligible to vote,” along with the box describing the specific reason for ineligibility, for example “I am currently incarcerated” or “I criticised the Governor” or “I am a trans Democrat groomer drag queen story teller.”

Federal prosecutors are urging a judge to sentence Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes to 25 years in prison for plotting to prevent the peaceful transfer of power on Jan. 6. If ultimately ordered, it would go down as the longest Jan. 6-related sentence handed down to date.

Clarence Thomas failed to report “hundreds of thousands” of dollars earned by Ginni Thomas a decade ago, claiming a misunderstanding of filing instructions. He’s going back to that same well again this time, isn’t he?
