Jon Kyl (R-AZ) said that if Supreme Court Justice John Stevens does retire, Republicans will probably not filibuster President Obama’s nominee — unless that person is “overly ideological.”On Fox News yesterday, Kyl said that Republicans’ decision on whether to filibuster will “all depend on what kind of a person it is. In other words, don’t have someone coming in with preconceived attitudes.”
