Apparently she violated “ethics requirements” but as with most things we are now seeing, this doesn’t apparently matter as there are no teeth to these supposed rules.

“The nonprofit reported that it sent the $80,000 fundraising fee to Noem’s LLC as payment for bringing in $800,000, a 10% cut. A professional fundraiser who also raised money for the group was paid a lower rate of 7%.”
There’s an explanation - she got 10% of the $800,000 and the pro fundraiser also got 10% of what was left after her cut.

It’s adorable that you think even one Democrat will grow even an inch of spine to prosecute this evil fucking bitch. Every single one of the assholes in this foul administration shoulud wake every single day with the threat of a lifetime of prosecution awaiting them - “We will find any reason, we will never stop until these people pay for their crimes.” But, no. The Corporate Democrats collect their money and assume they can just keep fucking struggling Americans for another 45 years the way Reagan taught them. Non-profit.
