Right you are and Iāve had to come to grips with the fact that my favored candidate, Warren, got behind the calls to oust Franken, too, as did Harris and Booker, both of whom I like.
But Gillibrand leveled the initial demand for Frankenās resignation. She has been on my personal shitlist ever since.

Another example was the vote as a Rep against the Bailout Bill. The economy looked like it was about to tank and she was willing to take a chance that it would tank due to that reddish district. Bad, but not awful - Pelosi had enough Republican votes to have some Dās slide in reddish districts. Awful was campaigning on that vote like she was standing up to the banks.
