Just a day after touting President Trump’s DNC-Ukraine conspiracy theory during an interview with Fox News host Chris Wallace, Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) retracted his claim.

Anyone wanna predict the next few steps from Kennedy?
Retract the retraction?

Kennedy is like a whirling dervish without the spiritual balance.

All I can think of is that they just found pictures of the Ukraine conspiracy with a live boy, a dead girl, and volunteering at a planned parenthood clinic.

Emphatically spout the Russia/Trump propaganda on FOX so it gets to the intended audience.

Walk it back on CNN which can then be dismissed as ‘fake news.’

Let’s see you walk it back, issue a correction, and tell the truth on FOX, you prick.

He bullsits on FOX and then goes to CNN to tell the truth. When he tells the truth on FOX, I’ll be impressed. Until then, he’s just another Republican political hack trying to hold onto his job.

“I was wrong,” Kennedy said.

Someone in the Senate needs to put forth a bill that would strip this guy of his name

“What I heard Chris say was only Russia tried to interfere in the election,"

Total BS from Senator Pondscum. Kennedy was apoplectic about his statements on Fox, saying Fiona Hill has a right to her opinion, but she doesn’t know it was Russia, I don’t know, you don’t know, and Wallace interjected that all the US Intelligence agencies said it was Russia.

All Intelligence Agencies, bipartisan Senate investigations, partisan House investigations, expert Fiona Hill (who wrote a 500 page book on Putin), and Mueller’s investigation which resulted in current indictments of a dozen Ruskies… All say it was Russia, you misnamed Pondscum.

This dude seriously needs to change his name. I always think “good guy” when I see a Kennedy, then realize that it’s this POS.

He should go with Sirhan Sirhan.

As it’s been pointed out a few times, he spun this crazy on Fox, and walked it back on CNN. Two completely different audiences. The damage has not been undone.

Complete and utter BULLSHIT!

Can I object to the phrase “walked back?”

It covers up what happened. He told a lie and got caught. That’s what happened. The “walked back” business is is just a mealy-mouthed way of not reporting the truth.

“It was Russia who tried to hack the [Democratic National Committee] computer. I’ve seen no indication that Ukraine tried to do it.”

I guess he’s telling us that he’s … entitled to his opinion.

I hate it when the first story I click on makes no sense–I don’t mean the reporting; I mean the story itself. A Republican admitting he might be wrong? Nah, couldn’t happen.
